OpenCore KP (sleep?) on Haswell System (z87)

New to OpenCore but most mornings i awake to my computer sleeping but booted to windows. MacOS 10.15 is my daily driver so I'm getting a Kernel panic at some point and the system is rebooting to windows. (which means that it is also clearing my NVRAM since Windows is option 1 in OC and Catalina is option 2). You can see my config file here:
